Jeweller and goldsmith Luis Ferro is a designer and maker of fine jewellery. Luis learned his craft of jewellery making in the busy workshops of Melbourne and via obtaining an Advance Diploma of Jewellery Engineering at NMIT. Luis has over 30 years of experience and is a proud member of the Gold & Silversmith Guild of Australia.
Luis works with you to design and create that special new piece of jewellery including engagement, wedding and anniversary rings, earrings, pendants, bangles. At Geelong Jewellers we use conventional jewellery making materials such as gold, platinum and silver and are also able to source out the best precious and semiprecious gems such as GIA Certified Diamonds, Sapphires, Emeralds, Rubies, Pearls Garnets, Amethyst, Topaz, Citrine, Opals, Peridot and many more depending on your design requirements.
Luis has embraced the new technologies in computer 3Design & CAD Software and micro arc welding systems. These technologies are simply tools that allows Luis to create beautiful jewellery. Combining new technology with old world traditional skills of a craftsman Luis is able to manufacture a highly detailed piece with precision and accuracy yet never losing the creativity and charm that inspires to produce a unique and individual piece that expresses personal symbols of love or powerful personal style to last a lifetime.
